On April 5, 2008, The Department of Russian Studies of Dalhousie university had their annual Russian Night. Although the Russian School was organized only a couple of weeks prior this event, our teachers and students were able to prepare a nice performance which was warmly greeted by all spectators. The kids read the “Happiness” verses by Korney Chukovski, sang the “Smile” song accompanied by Alana Zekeeva, and performed the traditional Russian folk tale “Kolobok”.
